We can serve in different ways which I going to share with you.

Ingredients for Chow Pakoda

  • 100 gms as usual boiled chow
  • 1/2 cup rice powder
  • 2 cup mashed potato
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp half dust roasted red chilli
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp veniger
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce
  • Salt to taste

How to cook Chow Pakoda

  1. As usual boil chow and apply oil keep separate.
  2. Take a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, garlic paste, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, half dust roasted chilli and salt.
  3. Mix properly take handful potato mixed and pad with rice powder.
  4. Shaped like pattis cover with rice powder both sides. Keep in freeze for 10 minutes.
  5. Take out from freeze wrap with boiled chow.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and dip fry the chow pakoda.
  7. Serve crispy pakoda with tomato sauce
