  • Soak overnight Kabuli channa, next day pressure cook it for 4 whistle. Then in a another cooker add oil fry chopped onions, tomatoes grated ,fry nicely till oil comes out. Then add ginger garlic paste an fry

Recipe Notes

To serve this you need to place the bread on the plate. Pour the channa masala gravy on top of it. Sprinkle sev , on top . Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, chopped onions, carrots grated, sprinkle chat masala pd an green spicy chutney an tamarind chutney an a  tsp of curds on top of it an serve
