Patishapta is a type of bengali sweet dessert specially prepared during winters with or without jaggery.
Here I have made a fusion with a bit of twist. I have used Kyala's Cocoa Powder to make this yummy mouthwatering Chocolate Patishapta.

Recipe Time & More
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Semolina
- 1/3 cup Rice Flour (rd)
- 2 cup Sugar
- 3 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (kyala)
- 2 cup Grated Coconut
- 1/2 Cardamom Powder (tap)
- 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Instructions
- Step -1 Preparing the filling In a non stick pan put 1 cup milk. Add two cups grated coconut and sugar. Cook till all the milk are evaorated and you get a dense mixture. Half way through add the cardamom powder. It will take around 15-20mins .
- Step -2 Preparation of the batter In a mixing bowl add Semolina Flour Rice flour Sugar - 1 cup Kyala Cocoa Powder and whisk well
- Step -3 Pour in 2 cups of milk and whisk well. Make a flowy batter
- Step -4 In a non stick tawa brush a little bit of flavourless vegetable oil and pour one big spoon of the batter and make round
- Step -5 Take the filling and put on one side
- Step - 6 Roll on

Instead of coconut filling milk cake or kalakand or chocolate kalakand can also be used
