Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate (or milk chopped milk and compound)
- 1/2 cup Oats (plain)
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter (th)
- 1/4 cup Condensed Milk (or milkmaid milkmaid th)
- 1 tbsp Almonds (chopped toasted)
- 1 tsp Butter (plain)

Instructions
- Take a 6" square pan lightly grease with butter and keep aside.
- Take a pan and heat it. Lightly toast the oats for 5 minutes and keep aside.
- Then take a microwave proof bowl.
- Put the chopped milk and dark chocolate compound and peanut butter in it and microwave for 1 minute.
- Then remove and mix well.
- Then add the toasted oats and Milkmaid and mix well.
- Microwave in high for 1 minutes.
- Remove and mix well.
- Then carefully pour into the square pan and slightly tap the pan to level the mixture.
- Then spread the chopped almonds and press slightly .
- Then keep aside to cool completely.
- Then cut into square pieces and place in a serving plate.
Recipe Notes
- This breakfast is very filling. Only one of the chocolate oats peanut butter square will keep you full till lunch time.
