Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cup of milk
- 2 spoons of Arrowroot powder
- 1 tbspoon of Custard powder venilla custard powder
- 2 tbspoon of milk powder.
- 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 2 spoons of Milk maid
- 3 tbsp of Sugar
- 3 spoons of Chochips
- 1/2 spoon of Vanilla essence
- 1/2 spoon of butter
Instructions
- Add cocoa powder, Arrowroot powder, milk powder and custard powder into milk and mix nicely.
- Add sugar to the mix and mix them nicely.
- Heat and keep stirring the mix until it boils.
- Off the stove and add butter and milkmaid and to the mix and mix it. Leave it cool to room temperature.
- Blend the mix using blender or whisk.
- Chill the mix for half an hour.
- Blend it again and add chocochips.
- Store in a air tight container and freeze it for 4-6 hours
Healthy because Arrowroot powder is used.
