Chocolate honey granola is a super healthy and delicious dish that can be served for breakfast or brunch with milk, or even as a snack, as is.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp Flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp Almonds Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Pistachios Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Black raisins
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 25 gm Chocolate chopped -
  • 20 gm Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.
  • Except chocolate and raisins, take all the ingredients in a baking tray.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Then add the chopped chocolate pieces and raisins and mix well.
  • Bake again for another 10 minutes.
  • Bake again for another 10 minutes.
  • Allow to cool down completely.
