Ingredients
- Digestive biscuits 200gm
- Condensed milk or Butter 60gm
- Dark chocolate 50gm
- Milk compound chocolate 50gm
- Cream cheese 200gm
- Milk 1tbsp
- Cocoa pwd 5gm
- Whipped cream 1 1/2 cup
- Cocoa pwd and chocolate for garnish

- Crush the biscuits and add melted butter or condensed milk to it , mix well and add it to a spring form pan and create a proper base and refrigerate it .
- Melt both the chocolates in a bowl with the double boiler method .
- To melted chocolate add cream cheese and whisk it together, now add condensed milk , cocoa pwd and milk and whisk it again .
- Pour this mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate the cake.
- Now take some whipped cream. Add 1 tsp cocoa pwd, mix well and transfer it to piping bag .
- Once the cake is set, get it out of mold, spread a layer of whipped cream and make swirls on the edges.
- Dust some cocoa pwd and garnish with chocolate shavings and design.
