It's chocolatey, icy, and slightly salty and that makes a perfect blend to impress our family members or loved ones for special occasions like Valentine's Day.

Ingredients
- 2 cup Milk (cold)
- 4 scoops Chocolate (or cream ice cream)
- 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tsp Chocolate Syrup
- 1 tbsp Sauce (butterscotch)
- Whipped Cream (as needed)
- Chocolate (morsels for garnish)
- Chocolate Syrup (for garish)
- Sauce (for butterscotch)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Full Cream
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract (imitation vanilla)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (of, or as per taste)

Instructions
- To prepare the Butterscotch Sauce---Melt butter in a heated saucepan. Add cream, sugar, and salt. Bring it to a boil and then reduce heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes till it thickens stirring constantly. Switch off gas and add the vanilla. Whisk well.
- Blend milk, cocoa powder, ice-cream, butterscotch sauce, chocolate syrup till smooth.
- To assemble the milkshake---Pour the chocolate blend in a tall glass. Top it with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup and butterscotch sauce. Sprinkle some chocolate morsels/chips as garnish.
