In summer we always search for cool recipe. When our kids go out they demand for kulfi, icecream, cold drinks, lassi etc. If we make at home they will happy and concentrate their attention to read more.
1 litre milk
1/2 cup mawa
1 tsp corn starch
4 tsp sugar powder
1/4 cup chopped nuts
2 tbsp grated chocolate
2 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Take a deep pan add milk to boil. Stir continuously it should not stick bottom.
Boil with low flame, add mawa mix well. Gradually it will become thick. Make a paste with milk and cornstarch. Add into the cooked milk.
Add sugar powder and vanilla extract cook for a few seconds. Put off the flame. Keep rest for cool.
Pour into the kulfi container keep in deep freeze for 4 hours. In between when it will become semi solid prick stick.
Make a smooth batter with butter and chocolate. After then take out the kulfi wrap with chocolate and coat with chopped nuts.
Again keep in freezer now it will ready to serve. You can preserve more than fifteen days in freezer.
Outer layer will be hard and inner will be soft.
