It's a dessert which can be served after any meal. I have given a twist by using all the ingredients which are used in falooda leaving ice cream

Ingredients
- 1 handful of vemicelli
- 1 litre milk
- Sugar as per taste
- 1 packet China Grass
- 1 cup mixed chopped almonds & pistachio
- Pinch of elachi pd
- Pinch of yellow color

Instructions
- In a thick bottom pan add milk to a boil ,keep stirring till it becomes half of the quantity. Then add the China Grass an mix well. Then add the sugar an mix well.keep aside
- In an cooker add sugar an the vemicelli mix well then add the pinch of elachi powder an yellow color an mix well an add little water an pressure cook it for 1 whistle an keep aside
- Then grease a plate with oil all over. Then add a spoonful of cooked vemicelli an spread it all over. Then put China Grass mixture all over it. Garnish with chopped almonds, pistachio an store it in the fridge for an hour. Then serve
Notes
If you want while serving you can add ice cream on top an sabja an serve the chilled grass pudding over it.
