- Heat oil in a pan put rice and stir fry for 2 - 3 mins.
- Add 2 cup of water ,once boiled the water cover the lid and cook for 15 mins in a low flame.
- Rice is ready.
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add garlic cloves and cook till brown.
- Add chicken pieces and stir fry in a high flame for 4 - 5 mins.
- Add salt and black pepper and mix well.
- Add sweet chilly sauce and stir fry for 1 - 2 mins.
- Add cooked rice and grated cheese and toss it.
- Switch off the gas
- Garnish with coriander leaves..
