Chilly Chicken Rice

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken pieces - 250 gms
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Sweet chilly sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Grated cheese cube - 1 - 2
  • Rice - 1 cup
  • Water - 2 cup
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic cloves - 2 - 3
  • Salt
  • Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan put rice and stir fry for 2 - 3 mins.
  • Add 2 cup of water ,once boiled the water cover the lid and cook for 15 mins in a low flame.
  • Rice is ready.
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add garlic cloves and cook till brown.
  • Add chicken pieces and stir fry in a high flame for 4 - 5 mins.
  • Add salt and black pepper and mix well.
  • Add sweet chilly sauce and stir fry for 1 - 2 mins.
  • Add cooked rice and grated cheese and toss it.
  • Switch off the gas
  • Garnish with coriander leaves..
