  • Make a paste with capsicum, garlic, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves salt and lemon juice roasted cumin seeds in a food processor.

  • Cut 1/2 inches thick pumpkin par boil with little salt. Then carefully bring out and sauteed with little oil. Place into the serving plate.

  • Now heat frying pan add oil then shallow fry the chilli paste until cook.

  • Place the cooked chilli paste gently on the pumpkin. Garnish with pumpkin and chilli. Keep the plate center of your dining table.
