Chilies are excellent source of vitamin A, B, C, & E with minerals like molybdenum, manganese, folate potassium, thiamine and copper. Chili contains seven times vitamin C than Orange. Chilli has a power to control detoxicants, painkiller, antibiotic, brain, cancer, heart attack and lung disease.
Cigarette smoke contains benzodiazepine which destroy the vitamin A in the body. The vitamin A presents in chilli. It reduces inflammation of lungs and emphysema caused due to cigarette smoking.

Ingredients
- Pumpkin 500 grams
- Green paste 2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Green chilli paste 2 tsp
- Fresh coriander leaves paste 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt

Instructions
- Make a paste with capsicum, garlic, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves salt and lemon juice roasted cumin seeds in a food processor.
- Cut 1/2 inches thick pumpkin par boil with little salt. Then carefully bring out and sauteed with little oil. Place into the serving plate.
- Now heat frying pan add oil then shallow fry the chilli paste until cook.
- Place the cooked chilli paste gently on the pumpkin. Garnish with pumpkin and chilli. Keep the plate center of your dining table.
Notes
Can be serve with fried rice/ chapati
