Ingredients & Quantity
  • Boiled Pasta : 3 Cups
  • Green Bell Pepper : 2 (Cut into very small cubes)
  • Red Bell Pepper : 1 (Cut into very small cubes)
  • Orange Bell Pepper : 1 (Cut into very small cubes)
  • Onion : 1 (chopped)
  • Green Chillies : 2 (finely chopped)
  • Red Chili Sauce : 3/4 tbsp (increase the quantity, if you want more spicy)
  • Soy Sauce : 2 tbsp
  • Salt : to taste
  • Ginger & Garlic Paste : 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar : 1 tbsp
  • Sugar : 2 pinch
  • Olive Oil : 1 tbsp
How to cook?
  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and add chopped onions. Saute until it become translucent.
  2. Now add ginger & garlic paste, cubed bell peppers and mix well. Saute it for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add green chillies, red chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar and 1-2 tbsp water. Mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Once it is done, add boiled pasta. Mix it and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
