Ingredients
- 4 -5 Potatoes boiled
- 1/4 cup Chickpeas chole boiled
- 2 - Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Bread Crumbs some for binding
- stick Saute Stick Or Icecream Sticks saute or icecream
- leaves coriender leaves chopped corinader finely chopped
- Black Salt as per taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- First drain all water from boiled chickpeas. Take a blender ,and put chickpeas ,ginger ,green chilli and grind coarsely.
- Take boiled potatoes , Mash it with hands or masher , add chickpeas , bread crumbs and all dry spices . Mix well . Add finely chopped corainder leaves .
- Now make oval or cylindrical shape kawabs with mixture and insert saute or icecream sticks in it .
- Deep fry these kawabs with sticks . Serve hot with chutney of your choice .
Recipe Notes
Soak saute stick or icecream stick into the water for about 10 minutes . Then dry it and use in recipe This step is for preventing less oil absorbing by sticks .
