Chickpeas kawab is very delicious snack . It's a good option for vegetarian to enjoy the kawabs .

Ingredients
- 4 -5 boiled potatoes
- 1/4 cup boiled chickpeas chole
- 2 - green chilli
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- some bread crumbs for binding
- saute stick or icecream sticks
- corinader leaves finely chopped
- black salt as per taste
- oil for frying

Instructions
- First drain all water from boiled chickpeas. Take a blender ,and put chickpeas ,ginger ,green chilli and grind coarsely.
- Take boiled potatoes , Mash it with hands or masher , add chickpeas , bread crumbs and all dry spices . Mix well . Add finely chopped corainder leaves .
- Now make oval or cylindrical shape kawabs with mixture and insert saute or icecream sticks in it .
- Deep fry these kawabs with sticks . Serve hot with chutney of your choice .
Notes
Soak saute stick or icecream stick into the water for about 10 minutes . Then dry it and use in recipe This step is for preventing less oil absorbing by sticks .
