About this Recipe

Spicy kebab - king of Tandoor.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 300 gms Boneless chicken cubes
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 100 gms Hung curd
  • Oil for brushing
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Onion rings (To serve)
  • Chat masala as per taste
How to cook?
  1. Cut the chicken into small cubes, wash nicely and dry it completely.
  2. Mix lemon juice and spices with yogurt. Mix the chicken and marinade for about 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  3. For the second marination, add 2 tbsp mustard oil and mix well. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  4. Put the chicken onto the skewers. Brush a little oil and cook in an oven at 180 degree for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Remove and serve hot sprinkled with chat masala, chopped coriander and onions.
