A chicken kebab with the punch of schezwan sauce.

Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken breast cut into cubes
- Salt
- 2 tablespoon Schezwan sauce
- 100 gms Hung curd
- 1 Large sized onion cut into cubes
- 1 red and yellow capsicum cubed
- Oil for brushing
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd, salt, onion, capsicum, ginger garlic paste and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Marinate it again with the schezwan sauce and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
- Prepare your skewer with chicken, onion and capsicum. Brush with oil and grill for around 35 minutes.
- Serve hot.
