Ingredients
- For Marination : for marination
- 500 gm Boneless Chicken
- Buttermilk 6 tbsp
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
- Eggs 1
- Corn Flour 3 tbsp
- Tempering for
- Green Chillies 6 slitted
- leaves Curry 10
- 7 leaves Pudina
- Garlic 1 tbsp chopped
- red chili powder 1 tsp
- 1 / Jeera Powder tsp
- 1 tsp Corriander Powder corriander powder
- Yoghurt 2 tbsp
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Soy Sauce 2 tsp
- 1 / Ajinamoto tsp ajinamoto
- Refined Oil

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in buttermilk, salt and pepper for 30 minutes.
- Now remove the chicken from the 1st marinate, and add the rest of the marinade ingredients to it and leave it aside for few hrs.
- Now heat oil, deep fry the chicken pieces and keep it aside .
- Heat some oil in a pan, add chopped garlic, once they start smelling, add curry leaves, Pudina leaves and green chillies. Stir for few seconds and add the powdered masalas.
- Now add the yoghurt and salt, followed by soy sauce and Ajinamoto. Stir for 2 minutes and add the fries chicken. Coat them well and serve.
