This is a Bengali cuisine recipe of chicken curry flavoured with spices and aroma of garam masalas. This is best serve with rice and can also be served with Indian breads. The authentic chicken curry easy to cook and very tasty to eat.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Chicken
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Onion Paste
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 3-4 Cardamom
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 3-4 cloves Cloves
- 4-5 tbsp Mustard Oil (of for marination)
- 3 tbsp Mustard Oil (or cooking for cooking)
- 2 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1 to Tomato (chopped)

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except the oil for cooking, whole spices, sliced onions and water.
- Now heat a cooker with the remaining oil and temper the whole spices and sliced onions
- Add the marinated chicken in it sauté for 10 minutes and when the masalas leaves oil, add 2 cups of water
- Put 2 whistle and off the flame.)
- And the recipe is ready to serve
