Chicken Curry

Ingredients
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- 2 onions sliced
- Salt 1 small tablespoon
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon
- 1 tbsp of red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
- 1 onion paste
- 1 bay leaf
- 3-4 cardamom
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- 3-4 cloves
- 4-5 tbsp of mustard oil for marination
- 3 tbsp of mustard oil for cooking
- Water 2 cups
- 1 tbsp of garam masala powder
- 1 to mato chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except the oil for cooking, whole spices, sliced onions and water.
- Now heat a cooker with the remaining oil and temper the whole spices and sliced onions
- Add the marinated chicken in it sauté for 10 minutes and when the masalas leaves oil, add 2 cups of water
- Put 2 whistle and off the flame.)
- And the recipe is ready to serve
