Ingredients
  

  • 250 gsm chicken paste
  • 2 big sizes boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup boiled green peas
  • 1 bowl bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon chicken masala ready made
  • 2 teaspoon chat masala
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Oil for dip fry

Instructions
 

  • Take a mixing bowl add chicken paste, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, ,butter, chicken masala and bread crumbs.
  • Mix well and make small balls keep in freeze for 10 minutes. Then dip fry and keep separate.
  • Take a frying pan 2 tsp oil, boiled green peas, pieces of boiled potatoes and sauteed. Add chat masala, salt lemon juice and fried chicken. Again toss and serve with mints
