Chicken Biryaani
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Chicken
- 2 large Basmati Rice
- 8 no Cardamom
- 1 no Bay Leaf
- 3 stick Cinemon 3 Stick cinemon
- 4 cloves 4No
- 1/2 tsp Black Paper Powder
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp Km Powder 2Tsp km powder
- 1 piece Mace
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 3 tsp Desi Ghee
- 3 no Onion sliced
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 bowl Curd
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- cardamom powder
- Coriander chopped
- leaves Mint
- 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
- wash and soak the rice for 1/2 an hour, wash the chicken and drain out the excess water with muslin cloth .
- now marinate the chicken with curd,salt,red chilli powder,KM powder,cinemon,black paper,ginger,garlic paste,mace,nutmeg,green cardamom and 1 tbsp ghee ,keep it for 1/2 an hour
- heat the remaining ghee in a pan and fry the sliced onion, boil the rice with one stick of cinemon,salt to taste,bay leaf,green cardamom,clove .
- now heat the another pan cook the marinated chicken, now arrange the layer with rice,cooked chicken,fried onion , butter on the top spread the mint leaves and coriander leaves, cover and cook under dum till done.
