  • chicken 1/2 kg
  • basmati rice 2 large cup
  • green cardamom 8 no
  • bay leaf 1 no
  • cinemon 3 stick
  • clove 4no
  • black paper powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • KM powder 2tsp
  • mace 1 piece
  • nutmeg 1 pinch
  • pure ghee 3 tsp
  • sliced onion 3 no
  • salt to taste
  • curd 1 bowl
  • ginger,garlic paste 1tbsp
  • green cardamom powder
  • chopped coriander
  • mint leaves
  • butter 1 tbsp
How to cook?
  1. wash and soak the rice for 1/2 an hour, wash the chicken and drain out the excess water with muslin cloth .
  2. now marinate the chicken with curd,salt,red chilli powder,KM powder,cinemon,black paper,ginger,garlic paste,mace,nutmeg,green cardamom and 1 tbsp ghee ,keep it for 1/2 an hour
  3. heat the remaining ghee in a pan and fry the sliced onion, boil the rice with one stick of cinemon,salt to taste,bay leaf,green cardamom,clove .
  4. now heat the another pan cook the marinated chicken, now arrange the layer with rice,cooked chicken,fried onion , butter on the top spread the mint leaves and coriander leaves, cover and cook under dum till done.
