Ingredients
- For Marination :
- Boneless chicken - 200 gm
- Cornflour - 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Orange food color optional - 1/8 th tsp
- Salt
- Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves chopped - 1 tbsp
- Refined oil
- For tempering :
- Slitted green chillies - 3-4
- Curry leaves - 12
- Refined oil

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with all the items mentioned except the refined oil and tempering ingredients, for atleast 1 hour.
- Deep fry the chicken in very hot oil and keep aside.
- Take another pan, add little oil, when hot add the curry leaves and green chillies.
- Add the fried chicken and stir. Serve.
