  • For Marination : for marination
  • 200 gm Boneless Chicken
  • 4 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 / Orange Food Color optional - th tsp
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • leaves Coriander chopped - 2 tbsp
  • leaves Curry chopped - 1 tbsp
  • Refined Oil
  • Tempering for
  • 3 Green Chillies slitted
  • 12 leaves Curry
  • Refined Oil


  • Marinate the chicken with all the items mentioned except the refined oil and tempering ingredients, for atleast 1 hour.
  • Deep fry the chicken in very hot oil and keep aside.
  • Take another pan, add little oil, when hot add the curry leaves and green chillies.
  • Add the fried chicken and stir. Serve.
