Chia seeds are gaining popularity all around the world because of high nutrients density. These are rich in fiber, high in protein which helps to reduce belly fat and food intake. We can consume 1 to 1.5 tbsp soaked chia seeds per day in any form. I am sharing drinks in different ways. No cooking no extra sweet no spices. Every recipe in simple way.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 glass Buttermilk chach
- 2 tbsp cucumber grated
- 2 tbsp turmeric paste
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- Black salt
- Mint leaves

Instructions
- Soak the chia seeds for half an hour ago then use in different ways.
- Mix with butter milk, soak chia seeds, rock salt, black salt and cumin seeds powder. Garnish with mint leaves.
- Mixed with soaked chia seeds, water, pink salt, black salt, lemon juice and plain copper water. Garnish with dry mint leaves.
- Mixed with soaked sweet tamarind paste, soaked chia seeds, pink salt and black salt.
