Ingredients for Chia Chocolate Brownie

  • Unsalted Butter-100 gm.
  • Cocao powder-50 gm
  • Plain flour- 80 gm
  • Brown sugar-170 gm.
  • Eggs-02 nos.
  • Salt- a pinch
  • Walnuts- 30 gm
  • Chia Seeds, ground- 15 gm
  • Icing sugar for sprinkling- 20 gm (OPTIONAL)

How to cook Chia Chocolate Brownie

  1. Grease the mould. Preheat the oven at 160 degree C. Melt butter to that add cocoa powder, sugar, plain flour, eggs, salt and combine them properly.
  2. Add walnuts and ground chia seeds ,mix them with the above mixture thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture into greased mould and bake in a pre-heated oven for approximately 18 minutes.
  4. Cool and cut it only when cold. Sprinkle with icing sugar (Optional).
  5. Serve Warm with a cup of Hot Coffee. Njoy Eating
