Cheesy bread
Cheesy bread with cheese and other veggies. Bread is made from whole wheat flour. This is a healthy breakfast and snacks for kids. School going children can carry as a tiffin.

Ingredients
- 4 piece whole wheat bread
- ½ cup grated beetroot
- ½ cup grated cheese
- ½ cup chopped mushroom
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1 tsp chopped chilli
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 2 tbsp butter
- Roasted sesame
- Smoked chilli
- Salt

Instructions
- Cut the bread in heart shape. Heat a pan add butter, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped mushroom and grated beetroot.
- Saute for a few minutes then add grated cheese, salt and mixed herbs. Mix all together and saute.
- Apply on bread slices then cover with other bread. Toast with butter then sprinkle with sesame and smoked chilli.
