Cheeslings
Ingredients
- 50 gm Paneer
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 cup Desi Ghee for frying

Instructions
- Firstly grate the paneer.
- In a bowl add all ingredients mix well and knead a soft dough.
- Rest for 15 minutes.
- Now roll as thin as possible.
- Cut the small squares.
- In a wok add ghee heat it up.
- Fry the cheeslings on low flame.
- Fry until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from ghee.
- Our cheeslings are ready.
