Ingredients
 

  • 100 gm Mozzarella Cheese
  • 50 gm Cream Cheese
  • 25 gm Peppers or puree roasted red puree
  • 5 gm Garlic chopped
  • 10 gm Herb chopped
  • 10 leaves Arugula Leaves 10 Gm arugula
  • 10 gm Lollo Rosso Lettuces 10 Gm lollo rosso lettuces
  • 2 Cherry Tomato noâ s
  • Olive Oil or dressing for dressing
  • 1-2 pieces Pine Nut Few Pieces pine nut
  • Pepper or salt salt with love

Instructions
 

  • In a small pastry mixing bowl add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
  • Add garlic mix well to a smooth paste.
  • Split mixture into two equal parts
  • Mix one part with puree of roasted bell pepper and another part with chopped fresh herbs.
  • Place a butter paper on a smooth surface, pipe both mixture onto paper and roll like a candle.
  • Now close paper from both end and keep in fridge for 3 hours or till become set.
  • For plating place arugula leaves, lollo rosso on a salad plate or bowl in middle
  • Slice cheese rolls 2 cm thick and place on top like shown in picture.
  • Cut cherry tomatoes into half and place around it.
  • Drizzle herbed flavored olive oil over the whole plate and add few roasted pine nuts to the plate.
  • Garnish with some fresh oregano leaves
