Cheese Pepper And Herb Terrine

Terrine, made with luscious cheese - Mozzarella and Cream cheese, is a perfect first course when served in a party. enjoyed by kids and adults too, this light, melt in mouth dish would win you accolades in your party. Serve it with greens and bread to begin your wine party.

Ingredients
- Mozzarella Cheese 100 gm
- Cream cheese 50 gm
- Roasted red peppers puree 25 gm
- Garlic chopped 5 gm
- Chopped Herb 10 gm
- Arugula leaves 10 gm
- Lollo rosso lettuces 10 gm
- Cherry tomatoes 2 No’s
- Olive oil for dressing
- Pine nut few pieces
- Salt & Pepper with love

Instructions
- In a small pastry mixing bowl add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
- Add garlic mix well to a smooth paste.
- Split mixture into two equal parts
- Mix one part with puree of roasted bell pepper and another part with chopped fresh herbs.
- Place a butter paper on a smooth surface, pipe both mixture onto paper and roll like a candle.
- Now close paper from both end and keep in fridge for 3 hours or till become set.
- For plating place arugula leaves, lollo rosso on a salad plate or bowl in middle
- Slice cheese rolls 2 cm thick and place on top like shown in picture.
- Cut cherry tomatoes into half and place around it.
- Drizzle herbed flavored olive oil over the whole plate and add few roasted pine nuts to the plate.
- Garnish with some fresh oregano leaves
