- 250 gm pasta
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Grated cheese
- 1 medium size chopped onion
- 1 small size chopped capsicum
- 3 chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Salt as required
- 2 tablespoon fresh chopped coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp oil

InstructionsÂ
- Boiled pasta in 3 cups of water with 1 teaspoon oil n little salt. Drain water from itane keep aside.
- Heat oil in wok, add onion n saute, add green chilies n capsicum saute for minutes on high flame.
- Add salt n black pepper powder n mix well.
- Add pasta in it and mix well. Add coriander leaves n mix it.
- Add mayonnaise and mix it gently. Finely add grated cheese and cook for min on low flame, keep sauteing till cheese melt. Switch off the flame.
- Cheese Mayonnaise pasta is ready to serve. Serve this hot. Don't forget to garnish it with little grated cheese n coriander leaves.
