Ingredients
- 4-5 cup Tomato (mediupm big from up and from inside)
- 1 cup Rice (leftover)
- 1/2 cup Bell Peppers (or orange mix i used red yellow orange)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder (or more)
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion (chopped)

Instructions
- First we assembled all ingredients ..
- Tomato cut and scoop from inside
- Heat a pan add onions saute it add Bell peppers. And Cook it till it becomes soft
- Add all Cinnamon powder add black pepper powder salt and mix well..add rice and mix well and Cook it till rice absorb all spices....now fill the tomatoes with rice
- Cover it with mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven and bake these tomatoes for 25 minutes or till cheese melts and tomatoes become soft..at 180'C
- Tadaaaa your Cheese Chawal bhare tamater ready to serve.. garnish it with fresh coriander and sprinkle black pepper over it.
