A dish from Uttar Pradesh, chaulai ka saag is usually eaten with makki di roti or paranthas. It is also known as Amaranth leaves and is a great source of vitamin A, folate, vitamin c, iron etc.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Bunch Chopped Chaulai (chopped chaulai)
- 2 tbsp Grated Coconut
- 7 pods Garlic (nos chopped)
- 5 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 4 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in deep wok, splutter cumin seeds. Add garlic and green chillies cook for 30seconds on low flame.
- Add chaulai mix it n cook for 5minutes on high flame.
- Add salt, red chilli powder and grated coconut mix well.
- Now cook till the veggies water burn Serve hot with chapati.
