Ingredients & Quantity
  • 4 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp nimbu ka achaar
  • 2 capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fine nylon sev
  • For dressing:
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil

How to cook?
  1. Dry roast oats in a pan and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl toss together apple cider vinegar, salt, chilli flakes and sugar. Keep aside for half an hour.
  3. Now in a pan heat oil, add chopped capsicum and cook till it softens.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, oats and dressing prepared. Cook for a minute.Add nimbu ka achaar and nylon sev. Transfer to the serving bowl. Sprinkle a little more sev and nimbu achaar and enjoy.
Notes
  • You can add nuts of your choice.
