Sandesh is a delicious Bengali sweet popular all over India and abroad. To make sandesh, it is always good to use fresh chena or paneer that is still moist. Sandesh made by using paneer, powdered sugar and green cardamom powder. Without garnishing also it is good but I have given a fish shaped and garnish with dry nuts.
