Ingredients
- 1 bowl Pumpkin stem
- 10-12 piece Pumpkin
- 7-8 piece Potato
- 7-8 piece Arvi arvi
- 7-8 piece Tarai tarai
- 7-8 piece Pointed Gourd
- 1/2 cup Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Cumin or paste paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/2 tsp Panch Phoran
- 1/2 cup Seeds boiled lobia
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Slice Green Chillies
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

Instructions
- Pumpkin stem should be tender and peal out the skin. Cut in 1.5 inches long.
- All vegetable should be same size and same amount.
- Heat a pan add oil and panch phoran. Add all vegetable with stem. Add turmeric powder, cumin paste, ginger paste, chilli paste, sugar and salt.
- Mix well add boiled Libya seeds and cover with lid.
- Cook for 10 minutes, again stir add green chilli.
- Ready to serve with steam rice.
