  • 1 bowl Pumpkin stem
  • 10-12 piece Pumpkin
  • 7-8 piece Potato
  • 7-8 piece Arvi arvi
  • 7-8 piece Tarai tarai
  • 7-8 piece Pointed Gourd
  • 1/2 cup Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Cumin or paste paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Panch Phoran
  • 1/2 cup Seeds boiled lobia
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Slice Green Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder


  • Pumpkin stem should be tender and peal out the skin. Cut in 1.5 inches long.
  • All vegetable should be same size and same amount.
  • Heat a pan add oil and panch phoran. Add all vegetable with stem. Add turmeric powder, cumin paste, ginger paste, chilli paste, sugar and salt.
  • Mix well add boiled Libya seeds and cover with lid.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, again stir add green chilli.
  • Ready to serve with steam rice.
