Ingredients
- Cauliflower florets-250 gm
- Green Vatana/Peas 1/4 small bowl soaked overnight
- Kabuli Chana/Chick Peas 1/4 small bowl soaked overnight
- Oil 1 tblspn
- Garlic-Ginger paste/Wet Masala
- Onion 1 no chopped
- Tomato 1 no chopped
- Turmeric Powder haldi
- Red Chilli powder 1-2 tspn
- Salt
- Curry leaves/Kadipatta
- Mustard seeds rai
- cumin seed jeera
- Water
- Coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions
- Heat oil in a broad wok/kadhai. Add the mustard & cumin seeds & curry leaves.
- After they crackle add the chopped onion,saute for 1 min & add the wet masala / garlic-ginger paste and saute for 1-2 mins.
- Clean and add the soaked kabuli chana & green vatana,saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add water and cook for 15-20 mins.
- Wash clean the cauliflower florets and add to the curry, add turmeric & chilli powder and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Cover the lid and cook for 10 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with rotis.
