Ingredients & Quantity
  • Cauliflower (florets-250 gm)
  • Green Vatana/Peas (1/4 small bowl soaked overnight)
  • Kabuli Chana/Chick Peas (1/4 small bowl soaked overnight)
  • Oil (1 tblspn)
  • Garlic-Ginger paste/Wet Masala
  • Onion (1 no chopped)
  • Tomato (1 no chopped)
  • Turmeric powder (haldi)
  • Red Chilli powder (1-2 tspn)
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry leaves/Kadipatta
  • Mustard seeds (rai)
  • Cumin seeds (jeera)
  • Water
  • Coriander leaves to garnish
How to cook?
  1. Heat oil in a broad wok/kadhai. Add the mustard & cumin seeds & curry leaves.
  2.  After they crackle add the chopped onion,saute for 1 min & add the wet masala / garlic-ginger paste and saute for 1-2 mins.
  3. Clean and add the soaked kabuli chana & green vatana,saute for 2-3 mins.
  4. Add water and cook for 15-20 mins.
  5. Wash clean the cauliflower florets and add to the curry, add turmeric & chilli powder and salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well.
  6. Cover the lid and cook for 10 mins.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve with rotis.
