Ingredients
  

  • cauliflower 2 small size
  • milk 1/2 liter
  • mava 1 tbsp
  • fresh cream 1 tsp
  • black paper 4 to 6 no
  • cinemon 1 stick
  • mace 1/2 small piece
  • green cardamom 4 no
  • green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • fennel powder 1 tbsp
  • ginger powder 1 tbsp
  • chopped onion 1 tbsp
  • green chili 1 no
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • ghee 2 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 12/ tsp
  • coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • cur the cauliflower in large pieces and keep in salted water .
  • boil the milk with turmeric powder,salt,black paper,cinemon,mace,cardamom,green chili,fennel powder and cauliflower pieces for 5 minute .
  • switch the gas and dish out the cauliflower pieces carefully .
  • heat the ghee in a pan and fry the cauliflower and keep out.
  • saute the onion in the remaining ghee now add renaming milk,mava,fennel powder,ginger powder,red chili powder and cream ,then add the pieces of cauliflower cook it for 2-3 minute more and off the flame.
  • garnish with coriander ,serve with paratha.
