Ingredients
- cauliflower 2 small size
- milk 1/2 liter
- mava 1 tbsp
- fresh cream 1 tsp
- black paper 4 to 6 no
- cinemon 1 stick
- mace 1/2 small piece
- green cardamom 4 no
- green cardamom powder 1 tsp
- fennel powder 1 tbsp
- ginger powder 1 tbsp
- chopped onion 1 tbsp
- green chili 1 no
- red chili powder 1 tsp
- ghee 2 tbsp
- turmeric powder 12/ tsp
- coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
- cur the cauliflower in large pieces and keep in salted water .
- boil the milk with turmeric powder,salt,black paper,cinemon,mace,cardamom,green chili,fennel powder and cauliflower pieces for 5 minute .
- switch the gas and dish out the cauliflower pieces carefully .
- heat the ghee in a pan and fry the cauliflower and keep out.
- saute the onion in the remaining ghee now add renaming milk,mava,fennel powder,ginger powder,red chili powder and cream ,then add the pieces of cauliflower cook it for 2-3 minute more and off the flame.
- garnish with coriander ,serve with paratha.
