  • cauliflower 2 small size
  • milk 1/2 liter
  • mava 1 tbsp
  • fresh cream 1 tsp
  • black paper 4 to 6 no
  • cinemon 1 stick
  • mace 1/2 small piece
  • green cardamom 4 no
  • green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • fennel powder 1 tbsp
  • ginger powder 1 tbsp
  • chopped onion 1 tbsp
  • green chili 1 no
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • ghee 2 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 12/ tsp
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
How to cook?
  1. cur the cauliflower in large pieces and keep in salted water .
  2. boil the milk with turmeric powder,salt,black paper,cinemon,mace,cardamom,green chili,fennel powder and cauliflower pieces for 5 minute .
  3. switch the gas and dish out the cauliflower pieces carefully .
  4. heat the ghee in a pan and fry the cauliflower and keep out.
  5. saute the onion in the remaining ghee now add renaming milk,mava,fennel powder,ginger powder,red chili powder and cream ,then add the pieces of cauliflower cook it for 2-3 minute more and off the flame.
  6. garnish with coriander ,serve with paratha.
