About this Recipe

Cat fish is a soft and fleshy. It has more strength then other fish. It is very good for pregnant women, pre delivery and post delivery. I have twisted the seafood with mushroom.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 500 gms flesh of cat fish
  • 1/2 cup onion paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp all ground spice
  • 2 tsp coconut cream
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup coriander paste
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
How to cook?
  1. Clean and wash the fish with salt and turmeric powder. Then boil the fish and remove the main bone.

  3. Take a frying pan heat and add oil then onion paste, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, tomato puree and salt. Stir fry then add 1/2 cup water cook till brown.

  5. Then add fresh coriander leaves paste and coconut cream. Now take mushroom soup inside and boil with pinch of salt.
  6. Mushroom fill with a paste of coriander leaves, coconut cream, cumin powder all ground spice and salt.
  7. Take a serving plate make a bed of cooked seafood and filled mushroom.
Notes

Cat fish is a alive fish. We can kept alive in a vessel more than two weeks.
