Cat fish is a soft and fleshy. It has more strength then other fish. It is very good for pregnant women, pre delivery and post delivery. I have twisted the seafood with mushroom.

Ingredients
- 500 gms flesh of cat fish
- 1/2 cup onion paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon all ground spice
- 2 teaspoon coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 teaspoon tomato puree
- 1/2 cup coriander paste
- Oil as required
- Salt

Instructions
- Clean and wash the fish with salt and turmeric powder. Then boil the fish and remove the main bone.
- Take a frying pan heat and add oil then onion paste, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, tomato puree and salt. Stir fry then add 1/2 cup water cook till brown.
- Then add fresh coriander leaves paste and coconut cream. Now take mushroom soup inside and boil with pinch of salt.
- Mushroom fill with a paste of coriander leaves, coconut cream, cumin powder all ground spice and salt.
- Take a serving plate make a bed of cooked seafood and filled mushroom.
Notes
Cat fish is a alive fish. We can kept alive in a vessel more than two weeks.
