Ingredients
- wheat flour 2 cup
- Salt
- carrot red or yellow 4 large
- red chili pwoder 1 tsp
- chopped green chili 1 tbsp
- dry mango pwoder 2 tsp
- chat masala powder 1 tsp
- garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
- oil 1 tbsp + for frying

Instructions
- take a large bowl add flour,wash peel and grate the carrot.
- now knee the dough with 1 tbsp oil and all spices
- roll the paratha fry onto non stick pan till light golden
- serve hot with curd or any pickle
