  • wheat flour 2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • carrot red or yellow 4 large
  • red chili pwoder 1 tsp
  • chopped green chili 1 tbsp
  • dry mango pwoder 2 tsp
  • chat masala powder 1 tsp
  • garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  • oil 1 tbsp + for frying
How to cook?
  1. take a large bowl add flour,wash peel and grate the carrot.

  3. now knee the dough with 1 tbsp oil and all spices
  4. Carrot Paratha
  5. roll the paratha fry onto non stick pan till light golden
  6. .serve hot with curd or any pickle
