CARROT MILKSHAKE IS VERY GOOD RECIPE FOR DIABITIC PERSON BECAUSE I HAVE NOT ADDED SUGAR INTO IT . CARROT IS RICH SOURSE OF VITAMIN A SO THIS IS VERY GOOD FOR EYES . U CAN GIVE CARROT TO YOUR KIDS BY USING THIS IDEA OF SHAKE. FOR KIDS U CAN DO MANY VARIATIONS WITH THIUS RECIPE.

Ingredients for Carrot Milkshake

  • 1 BIG CARROT
  • 1 GLASS MILK
  • VANILA ESSENSE 1 DROP
  • HONEY 1 TSP
  • WATER AS REQUIRED

How to cook Carrot Milkshake

  1. First take a grinder , add grated carrot and milk . Process both ingredients well .
  2. Now add honey and vanila essense and water as required . Process all ingredients well . Our shake is ready. Pour this into the glasses . Serve chilled.

FOR KIDS U CAN DO MANY VARIATIONS . U CAN LINE THE GLASSES WITH DIFFRENT TYPES OF SYRUP LIKE STRAWBEERY SYRUP OR BLUEBERRIES SYRUP . IT LOOKS ATTRACTIVE AND KIDS LOVE THIS.
