  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 Red Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
  • 5 cashews
  • 1-2 leaves Curry
  • 1/2 cup Grated Carrot
  • Oil as required
  • 1/4 cup Milk


  • In pan heat oil add mustard seeds urad dal,cashews,red chilli,curry leaves.fry it for a minute after add grated carrot.stir it well for 5 min After add salt,curd.mix add little milk.after 5 min add rice mixed well.
  • Yummy carrot curd rice is ready.
