Ingredients
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 Red Chillies
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
- 5 cashews
- 1-2 leaves Curry
- 1/2 cup Grated Carrot
- Oil (as required)
- 1/4 cup Milk

Instructions
- In pan heat oil add mustard seeds urad dal,cashews,red chilli,curry leaves.fry it for a minute after add grated carrot.stir it well for 5 min After add salt,curd.mix well.now add little milk.after 5 min add rice mixed well.
- Yummy carrot curd rice is ready.
