Ingredients for Carrot And Radish Topped With Crunchy Peas

  • 1 cup grated radish
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • Half cup peas
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

How to cook Carrot And Radish Topped With Crunchy Peas

  1. First squeeze all water from carrot and radish . Mix both ingredients well .
  2. Now take a pan , add 1tsp oil then add cumin seeds when they starts crackle . Add black salt , corainder powder , dry mango powder and black pepper powder . Now add peas and cook for 4 - 5 minutes until they becomes crunchy .

  3. No add these cruchy peas into carrot and radish and mix well . Enjoy a healthy salad on independence day .
