Caramelized Pitch And Pineapple

I brought some pitch and it was sour so I thought to make it caramelized. It is easy to make and can be kept in fridge for a week.

Ingredients
- 300 ggm pitch
- 200 gm pineapple
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon jaggery
- 1/2 ginger powder
- 1/2 cinnamon powder
- 1/2 black pepper crushed
- Salt

Instructions
- Wash and cut all fruits pitch and pineapple. Take a pan add butter and pitch piece
- Make saute then add ginger powder, cinnamon powder, crushed black pepper, salt and jaggery. Mix all together and cover for a few seconds. Add pineapple and stir fry. It is ready to serve.
