Dosa is a south Indian recipe. Here I am sharing twist with dosa. My recipe is capsicum Dosa. Dosa with capsicum.
Yield / Serves
2 big capsicum (Â½ inch thick rings)
2 cups dosa batter
2 carrot grated
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finally chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp sweet corn boiled
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Take a bowl add the dosa batter, salt and mix well.
Then add the other veggies in it. Keep some separate for using while making the dosa.
Now take a non stick tawa. Heat it.
Then put the capsicum round on the tawa. Pour the mixed dosa batter. Sprinkle some veggies and chilli flakes on top.
Drizzle oil on the top and sides.
Cover and cook on medium flame. Later flip it carefully.
When done turn crispy off the flame. Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice.
Note - you can use the coloured peppers also if you like.
