Capsicum Dosa

Dosa is a south Indian recipe. Here I am sharing twist with dosa. My recipe is capsicum Dosa. Dosa with capsicum.

  • 2 big capsicum ½ inch thick rings
  • 2 cup dosa batter
  • 2 carrot grated
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 to mato finally chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn boiled
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp red chilli flakes


  • Take a bowl add the dosa batter, salt and mix well.
  • Then add the other veggies in it. Keep some separate for using while making the dosa.
  • Now take a non stick tawa. Heat it.
  • Then put the capsicum round on the tawa. Pour the mixed dosa batter. Sprinkle some veggies and chilli flakes on top.
  • Drizzle oil on the top and sides.
  • Cover and cook on medium flame. Later flip it carefully.
  • When done turn crispy off the flame. Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice.
  • Note - you can use the coloured peppers also if you like.
