Ingredients
- 2 Capsicum (â½ inch thick rings big)
- 2 cup Dosa Batter
- 2 Carrot (grated)
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 to Tomato (finally chopped)
- 1 tbsp Coriander
- 2 tbsp Sweet Corn (boiled)
- 1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes

Instructions
- Take a bowl add the dosa batter, salt and mix well.
- Then add the other veggies in it. Keep some separate for using while making the dosa.
- Now take a non stick tawa. Heat it.
- Then put the capsicum round on the tawa. Pour the mixed dosa batter. Sprinkle some veggies and chilli flakes on top.
- Drizzle oil on the top and sides.
- Cover and cook on medium flame. Later flip it carefully.
- When done turn crispy off the flame. Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice.
- Note - you can use the coloured peppers also if you like.
