- 3 large Tomato red sliced
- 400 gm Mozzarella Cheese fresh
- ½ cup Basil leaves fresh
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil extra virgin
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper freshly crushed

- Initial Preparation & caprese salad dressing - Start by slicing the tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
- To prepare the salad dressing, take olive oil in a bowl. Further add vinegar, sea salt and black pepper.
- Also, add uniformly chopped basil leaves and mix everything well to make the dressing even.
- Take a big platter and arrange slices of tomatoes, mozzarella and basil leaves in an alternate fashion till the entire platter is full.
- Now that your salad is arranged, drizzle the prepared salad dressing as desired. Enjoy it while it’s fresh.
