  • 1 kiwi cut in small chunks
  • 1/2 cantaloup
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • green tea cake or any other cake cut into small cubes
  • some blueberries

How to cook Cantaloupe Soup With Fresh Blueberries And Kiwi Chunks Topped With Green Tea Cake Croutons

  1. For Soup - first peel and seeded cantaloup and puree it . Add lemon juice, blueberries and kiwi chunks into it mix well . Keep in refrigerator.
  2. For Cake Croutons - cut cake into small pieces and keep in preheated oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degree . Cake croutons are ready .
  3. For Serving - take out fruit soup from fridge , add cake croutons , as a topping . Serve chilled .
