Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Kg Cottage cheese
  • 1 Kg red tomatoes
  • 1 Large onion
  • 4 Green chilies
  • 1 Stick cinnamon
  • 4 Green cardamom
  • 2 Clove
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
  • kasoori methi powder2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • Cashew nut paste 1 tbsp you can use broken cashew nut too
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Desi Ghee 1 tsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Wash and roughly cut the tomatoes .
  • In a heavy bottom pan put tomatoes, green chili, salt, cinnamon, onion,cardamom, cloves and 2 cup water ,cook it for 15 minutes .
  • Blend the red capsicum and make a smooth puree in blender.
  • Blend the cooked tomato mixer and sieve it.
  • Heat the ghee saute the ginger, garlic paste.
  • Add tomato puree, garam masala powder, red chili powder and capsicum puree .
  • Cook for 5 minutes. stir continue.
  • Now add cashew nut paste, kasoori methi powder cook for 5 minute then add paneer cubes again cook for 10 minute add 1 tbsp cream mix well, switch off the gas.
  • Garnish with coriander, cream and ginger Julian .
