Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Chicken boneless
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 10 Peppercorns
  • 4 Cardamom elaichi
  • 6 Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon
  • 2 Bay leaf
  • 10 Almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoon Yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Kasuri methi
  • Refined oil butter

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken with the above powder, curd and rest of the spices and lemon juice . Heat a griddle pan with butter/oil and grill the chicken pieces.
  • Roast the cloves, elaichi, cinnamon, pepper corns, bay leaf, almonds and grind them into a powder.
  • Now heat a pan, heat some butter and refined oil. Add the chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Now add the grilled chicken and add rest of the marinade and cook on a low flame.
  • Add the tomato puree, kasuri methi and cook till done. Add water to make a gravy. Serve with a dollop of butter on it.
