This chicken recipe is made by butter step by step. I made butter chicken masala with roasted coriander, cumin, red chilli, green cardamom, black cardamom, nutmeg and cinnamon stick. After roasting make a powder and keep in a air tight container.

- 500 gm chicken
- 75 gm butter
- 3 tbsp butter masala
- 1/4 cup onion paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- Salt to taste

InstructionsÂ
- Wash the chicken and marinate with butter masala and garlic paste. Then keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Heat a pan add butter, garlic paste, ginger paste, onion paste and tomato paste. Stir continuously until cooked then add little water and cook. Then strain the masala and keep the juice separate.
- Again heat a pan add butter and marinated chicken and cook until soft.
- Again heat a pan add butter and butter masala then pour the masala juice and cooked chicken now cook until dry.
- Now it is ready to serve and garnish with coconut cream. Serve with nan /roomali or chapati.
