Burnt raw mango drinks In this summer, temperature is rising up day by day. In olden days people used to burn raw mango in earthen oven. In this advance age people have stopped using these antique method. People are using gas oven, stove, induction, microwave etc. To give the burnt effect I have used my fire place.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mango burnt mango paste
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Black salt
- 1 tsp Cumin powder roasted
- 1 tbsp powdered Jaggery
- 2 glass Water
- 8-10 Mint leaves fresh

Instructions
- Boil the raw mango with skin then burn.
- Peal off the skin.
- Mash the burnt mango
- Add jaggery powder, salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder.
- Add water.
- Mix all together.
- Add ice cubes
- Add fresh mint leaves
- Now your drink is ready serve in a glass.
Recipe Notes
- You can keep the raw mango paste in fridge.
- Whenever you need bring out paste and make the drinks.
