Burnt raw mango drinks In this summer, temperature is rising up day by day. In olden days people used to burn raw mango in earthen oven.
In this advance age people have stopped using these antique method. People are using gas oven, stove, induction, microwave etc. To give the burnt effect I have used my fire place.

  • 2 tbsp mango burnt mango paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Black salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder roasted
  • 1 tbsp Jaggery powder
  • 2 glass water
  • 8-10 Mint leaves fresh

  • Boil the raw mango with skin then burn.

  • Add jaggery powder, salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder.
