Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Broccoli chopped,
- 1/2 cup Celery chopped,
- 1 Onion chopped,
- 2 tsp Almond Powder
- 2 Garlic chopped, flakes
- 3 cup Vegetable Stock
- to Pepper Powder or salt salt and taste
- cup Milk
- to tsp Cream chopped almonds and blackpepper powder garnish

Instructions
- Melt the butter and sauté the chopped ingredients in it for three minutes. Add the stock and the salt and pepper to taste and bring to boil.
- Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Cool and then put into a food processor and pulse to desired thickness.
- Pour into a pan .Mix in the milk and almond powder bring to boil.
- pour into the four bowls and swirl one tablespoon of cream into each bowl.Garnish with blackpepper and chopped almonds.
Recipe Notes
Broccoli should be fresh.
