Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup broccoli chopped,
- 1/2 cup celery chopped,
- 1 onion chopped,
- 2 teaspoon almond powder
- 2 flakes garlic chopped,
- 3 cup vegetable stock
- salt and pepper powder to taste
- cup milk
- To garnish-2tsp cream chopped almonds and blackpepper powder

Instructions
- Melt the butter and sauté the chopped ingredients in it for three minutes. Add the stock and the salt and pepper to taste and bring to boil.
- Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Cool and then put into a food processor and pulse to desired thickness.
- Pour into a pan .Mix in the milk and almond powder bring to boil.
- pour into the four bowls and swirl one tablespoon of cream into each bowl.Garnish with blackpepper and chopped almonds.
Notes
Broccoli should be fresh.
