Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup broccoli chopped,
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped,
  • 1 onion chopped,
  • 2 tsp almond powder
  • 2 flakes garlic chopped,
  • 3 cup vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper powder to taste
  • cup milk
  • To garnish-2tsp cream chopped almonds and blackpepper powder

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter and sauté the chopped ingredients in it for three minutes. Add the stock and the salt and pepper to taste and bring to boil.
  • Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Cool and then put into a food processor and pulse to desired thickness.
  • Pour into a pan .Mix in the milk and almond powder bring to boil.
  • pour into the four bowls and swirl one tablespoon of cream into each bowl.Garnish with blackpepper and chopped almonds.
