Yield / Serves
1cup broccoli ,chopped,
2tsp almond powder ,
3cups vegetable stock,
salt and pepper powder to taste,
To garnish-2tsp cream,chopped almonds and blackpepper powder
Melt the butter and sautÃ© the chopped ingredients in it for three minutes. Add the stock and the salt and pepper to taste and bring to boil.
Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Cool and then put into a food processor and pulse to desired thickness.
Pour into a pan .Mix in the milk and almond powder bring to boil.
pour into the four bowls and swirl one tablespoon of cream into each bowl.Garnish with blackpepper and chopped almonds.
Broccoli should be fresh.
